Elke Kirsten-Brauer, Dipl.-Kfm.
Founder & President
- Seasoned, proven leader in (re)insurance and program business with extensive experience in the global healthcare industry. Served in executive leadership positions for MGUs, carriers (MMI Companies), reinsurers (Hannover Re and Cologne Re Group), and risk management service providers.
- Maintains strong relationships with both the domestic and international insurance, reinsurance and risk management community.
- Earned her Dipl.-Kfm. (the equivalent of an MBA in the United States) in Banking, Finance and Insurance (Reinsurance) from the Universität zu Köln in Cologne, Germany.
- Frequent speaker and author on topics related to ACA, MPL, Physician Demographics, and MPL Underwriting including CAS, NAIC, Crittenden, Medical Liability Insurance ExecuSummit, and Best’s Review.
- Member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS); served on the PLUS Southwest Chapter Steering Committee.
